The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGHV1-69 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV1-69 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUAD are the cancer types where IGHV1-69 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
