Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV1-58 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV1-58 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV1-58 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV1-58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LIHC are the cancer types where IGHV1-58 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
