Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV1-45 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV1-45 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV1-45 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV1-45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where IGHV1-45 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
