Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-45 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV1-45-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEK-C17orf49, DAPK3, and ARRDC1-AS1. Each is linked with IGHV1-45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-45-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-45 results are reported.
