IGHV1-3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV1-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV1-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHGB3, LRRC7, and CNTN5. Each is linked with IGHV1-3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV1-3-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV1-3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV1-3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV1-3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
