IGHMBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHMBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHMBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, MSH6, and ZC3H13_S265. Each is linked with IGHMBP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGHMBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGHMBP2 versus MCM3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHMBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHMBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
