Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGHMBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHMBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, AWAT2, and TMIGD1. Each is linked with IGHMBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-IGHMBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by IGHMBP2-low versus IGHMBP2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHMBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHMBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
