The most reproducible IGHJ6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1, MZB1, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with IGHJ6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHJ6-to-partner and partner-to-IGHJ6 results are reported.
