IGHG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOR1, BRAF, and TTN. Each is linked with IGHG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHG1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
