Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,065 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Dendritic cell chemotaxis. Each is linked with IGHEP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHEP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHEP1 results are reported.
