The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IGHD1OR15-1B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHD1OR15-1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC and STAD are the cancer types where IGHD1OR15-1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
