Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR519A1, MIR3689D2, and LINC00458. Each is linked with IGHD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHD-to-partner and partner-to-IGHD results are reported.
