IGFN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with IGFN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFN1-to-partner and partner-to-IGFN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by IGFN1-low versus IGFN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
