Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGFLR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGFLR1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher IGFLR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGFLR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGFLR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
