IGFBP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGFBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGFBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with IGFBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGFBP4-to-partner and partner-to-IGFBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by IGFBP4-low versus IGFBP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGFBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGFBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
