IGF2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGF2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGF2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, RPP14, and GUF1. Each is linked with IGF2R in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGF2R-to-partner and partner-to-IGF2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGF2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGF2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
