IGF1R

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGF1R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGF1R data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGF1R Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGF1R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where IGF1R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
