Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGDCC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGDCC3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGDCC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGDCC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where IGDCC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
