IGDCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGDCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGDCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with IGDCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGDCC3-to-partner and partner-to-IGDCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by IGDCC3-low versus IGDCC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGDCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGDCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
