IGDCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGDCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGDCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, TBPL2, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with IGDCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGDCC3-to-partner and partner-to-IGDCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by IGDCC3-low versus IGDCC3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGDCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGDCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
