Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGBP1P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGBP1P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher IGBP1P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGBP1P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SARC show a favorable association.
UCS, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where IGBP1P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
