IGBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,811 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZD11, MORF4L2, and YIPF6. Each is linked with IGBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGBP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGBP1 versus PDZD11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
