IGBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, RNU6-1069P, and MIR4748. Each is linked with IGBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGBP1-to-partner and partner-to-IGBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by IGBP1-low versus IGBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
