IFTAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFTAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFTAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK3, FERMT3, and VEZF1. Each is linked with IFTAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFTAP-to-partner and partner-to-IFTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFTAP versus DOK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
