IFTAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFTAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 612 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFTAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR1, CCDC113, and GIPR. Each is linked with IFTAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFTAP-to-partner and partner-to-IFTAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFTAP versus SYNGR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFTAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFTAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
