IFT81

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT81 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT81-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Rictor_pT1135, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with IFT81 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT81-to-partner and partner-to-IFT81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by IFT81-low versus IFT81-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT81→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
