IFT52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,850 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALY, ADNP, and RTF2. Each is linked with IFT52 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT52-to-partner and partner-to-IFT52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT52 versus RALY in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT52→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
