IFT52

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT52 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,555 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT22, IFT46, and TRAF3IP1. Each is linked with IFT52 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT52-to-partner and partner-to-IFT52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT52 versus IFT22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT52→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
