IFT43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT43 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT43-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p21, and Smad4. Each is linked with IFT43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT43-to-partner and partner-to-IFT43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by IFT43-low versus IFT43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT43→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
