IFT22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,076 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDAP1, ARMC10, and CFAP36. Each is linked with IFT22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT22-to-partner and partner-to-IFT22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFT22 versus PDAP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT22→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
