IFT20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT20-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR32, TEX43, and RNU6-170P. Each is linked with IFT20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT20-to-partner and partner-to-IFT20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR32 grouped by IFT20-low versus IFT20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT20→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
