IFT172

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFT172 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT172-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL46, PRMT5, and C1QBP. Each is linked with IFT172 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT172-to-partner and partner-to-IFT172 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL46 grouped by IFT172-low versus IFT172-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT172→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT172) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
