IFT172

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFT172 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,582 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFT172-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRIN2, CCDC134, and PHF5A. Each is linked with IFT172 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFT172-to-partner and partner-to-IFT172 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPRIN2 grouped by IFT172-low versus IFT172-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFT172→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFT172) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
