IFRD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, NKX2-6, and KRTAP21-2. Each is linked with IFRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFRD2-to-partner and partner-to-IFRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
