Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,734 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IFNNP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lamellipodium organization, tRNA metabolic process, and Protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with IFNNP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNNP1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNNP1 results are reported.
