The most reproducible IFNL3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral genome replication, Regulation of viral genome replication, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with IFNL3P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNL3P1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNL3P1 results are reported.
