Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,282 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are MDA-5 signaling pathway, Antiviral innate immune response, and Negative regulation of viral genome replication. Each is linked with IFNL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNL1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNL1 results are reported.
