IFNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, TRPC5OS, and HBG1. Each is linked with IFNL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNL1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by IFNL1-low versus IFNL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
