IFNGR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR425, OR9A1P, and RPS12P15. Each is linked with IFNGR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNGR2-to-partner and partner-to-IFNGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR425 grouped by IFNGR2-low versus IFNGR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
