IFNG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p85, EGFR_pY1173, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with IFNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNG-to-partner and partner-to-IFNG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p85 grouped by IFNG-low versus IFNG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
