IFNG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 509 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL13, TDP2, and PRDM5. Each is linked with IFNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNG-to-partner and partner-to-IFNG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL13 grouped by IFNG-low versus IFNG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
