IFNAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM177A1, ANKRD9, and ORC5. Each is linked with IFNAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNAR2-to-partner and partner-to-IFNAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM177A1 grouped by IFNAR2-low versus IFNAR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
