IFNAR2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with IFNAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNAR2-to-partner and partner-to-IFNAR2 results are reported.
