IFNAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, CCDC60, and PNLIPRP1. Each is linked with IFNAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNAR2-to-partner and partner-to-IFNAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by IFNAR2-low versus IFNAR2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
