IFNAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, SMIM23, and KRTAP21-2. Each is linked with IFNAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNAR1-to-partner and partner-to-IFNAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by IFNAR1-low versus IFNAR1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
