IFNA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, H2BC2P, and CCK. Each is linked with IFNA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA6-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by IFNA6-low versus IFNA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
