IFNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN2A, SLIT2, and COL17A1. Each is linked with IFNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA2-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
