IFNA14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 344 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM38B, AKR1C2, and BAG3. Each is linked with IFNA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA14-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
