IFNA13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFNA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-959P, TRAJ22, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with IFNA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA13-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-959P grouped by IFNA13-low versus IFNA13-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
