IFNA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFNA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFNA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB2, NEK10, and ZNF232. Each is linked with IFNA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFNA10-to-partner and partner-to-IFNA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFNA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFNA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
